Protein er det, vi inderst inde forbinder med at opbygge st\u00e6rke muskler, men har det ogs\u00e5 evnen til at styrke det ydre af vores krop? Menneskeh\u00e5r er for eksempel en kompleks fiber, der best\u00e5r af d\u00f8de celler, proteiner, vand, lipider, pigmenter og sporstoffer.
